By opening an account with Valuemight.com or one of its agents or suppliers, a customer agrees that they have read and agreed with the terms and conditions as well as the applicable product specific terms, agreements, and conditions of our vendor, which may vary by vendor. The customer also consents to receive email, direct mail or follow up phone calls if necessary from Valuemight.com regarding any and all Valuemight.com service related issues. These terms and agreements are legally binding Valuemight.com and the customer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and agreements, please do not Access or Use Our Services.
Customer advisory
Customer Agrees:
That the individual opening an account is 18 years of age or older
That the information provided to Valuemight.com in the application process is correct
That the customer will safe guard Personal Access code and agrees to notify Valuemight.com immediately when it is lost or stolen
That Valuemight.com assumes the customer has sole and full responsibility for any access to Valurmight.com’s services using customers Personal Access code or ANI information from their assigned phone number. Customer is liable for all usage until Valuemight.com has received written notice of unauthorized access or cancellation of customer’s account. Customer also agrees not to use the context of this site or the site of its suppliers for any unlawful, illegal, or immoral purposes.
Billing Information
When customer chooses a credit card billing option for their account by providing the credit card information to Valuemight.com, the customer agrees that Valuemight.com may charge the credit card number provided for the balances due. Charges for the balance due can be made to the credit card when the balance owed exceeds 90% (percent) of their credit limit, or at the end of a billing period, whichever comes first. This can result in multiple charges in a month.
Customer invoices are provided on a monthly basis. Taxes due are calculated based on the total monthly usage. The number and amount of taxes charged vary by the state from which the service originates.
Before participating in any specific offers and/or promotions, please analyze the details and conditions of the offer including the fine print. Any access to or use of this website shall be deemed your agreement to and approval of all the above terms and conditions.
Return Policy
Valuemight.com esteems itself on assuming your complete satisfaction convening your every purchase. Valuemight.com partners with many different suppliers and vendors whom have return polices of their own, at which point you will be responsible to contact that participating reseller supplier and determine if any special return conditions apply, in the event you find out that you need to return an item.
Items may be returned within thirty-days of the shipment date for a refund, which applies for any purchases made directly from valuemight.com. If you would like to replace the item you have returned please place a new order. Whereas most items are non-returnable, then the items are subject to the following guidelines:
Defective, Damaged, or Miss-shipped Items
You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. Any other items outside of the above mentioned guidelines, the shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: return shipping costs refunds are calculated using the valuemight.com shipping method). Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded on the amount equal to the valuemight.com method.
Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
Returning merchandise in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.
· CDs, DVDs, VHS Tapes, phone cards computer software, printer cartridges , video games, storage media and memory (including desktop, notebook and digital memory) must be unopened
· Books-must be in their original condition
· Perishables and personal care items ( including earrings) may not be returned unless defective or mis-shipped
· No personalized items may be returned
We are not able to accept returns on orders for 27 inch and larger televisions or other items delivered via “white glove” delivery methods. If you have ordered one of these items please inspect the item carefully PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR IT. If the item is incorrect or damaged, then refuse the item and you will receive a full refund. Once the item has been accepted it will be assumed correct and in good working condition. Any issues that arise after the item has been signed must be resolved through the manufactures warranty.
To request a return authorization number (RAN) for an item, please log into your account on the store from which your purchase was made. Then choose the appropriate order number to process a return request for the item within the return period stated above.
Returns will not be accepted without a RAN. A Return Authorization Number(s) will expire after 10 days, and the merchandise will not be accepted if it is returned after that timeframe. Please include the RAN on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not write directly on the manufacturers’ box)
Returning and item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked such as UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee a refund for returns sent via a non-traceable method.
Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card statement a store credit will be issued.
